The aim of this project was to create a new website to replace the previous site.
The client challenged me to go wild and be creative and so I set out to create a website that would not feature any skyscrapers, people in business suits or any computing devices. This was not easy, considering the client’s line of work.
I opted for a nautical theme and used pictures of boats, the ocean and other sailing-related symbols to set the tone.
Starting out from something very stark and simple, the project evolved to its present iteration with a lot of input and feedback from the client in terms of design elements and copy.
I ended up with a site that was original and something the client was very happy with (and without a single skyscraper in sight)!
